Where history meets high-end, branding a landmark Glasgow development

Jordanhill Park is a multi-phase regeneration project transforming a former university campus into a landmark residential destination. The development preserves Glasgow’s architectural heritage, centred on the iconic Grade B-listed David Stow building, while creating a new community with luxurious apartments, generous green spaces, and modern amenities.
The client needed a premium brand identity that honoured the site’s rich history while reflecting the development’s luxury positioning. Drawing inspiration from the David Stow building’s distinctive copper spires and the surrounding woodland, we crafted a timeless, elegant identity featuring three interlaced leaves forming a Celtic knot within a three-dimensional cube. This symbolises the blend of historic neo-classical and contemporary architecture.
A carefully chosen colour palette of copper and forest green reinforces the premium feel, supported by a secondary spectrum representing the project’s seasonal phases—from autumn’s clearing, through winter preparation, to spring’s regeneration and summer’s full bloom. This reflects the development’s decade-long progression and Glasgow’s west end vibrancy.
To maintain consistency and quality, the brand applies a formal grid and column structure across all materials. Premium finishes such as copper foil and metallic inks on luxury paper further elevate the brand’s sophisticated appeal.
